Bahamian Representative

Ernie Barr serves as the Regional Representative for The Bahamas with The Commission Apparel. A highly respected community leader, he has dedicated decades to mentoring youth, developing athletes, and strengthening communities through sports and cultural engagement. With a strong track and field background, Barr has trained and guided numerous local athletes, including helping his daughter earn a full Division I athletic scholarship. He is also a prominent figure in Bahamian culture as the leader of the GB All-Stars Junkanoo Group, where his vision and leadership have helped preserve and elevate one of the nation's most celebrated traditions. Through his work in athletics, culture, and community service, Ernie Barr continues to inspire excellence and create opportunities for future generations across The Bahamas.

Derrick Greene

State Representative

Derrick Greene serves as the Virginia State Representative for The Commission Apparel, bringing more than two decades of coaching experience and organizational leadership to the role. As the Head Coach of NVA Track Club, one of the largest youth track and field organizations in the United States with more than 400 athletes, Derrick possesses extensive experience managing the apparel and operational needs of large athletic programs. An USATF Certified Olympic Coach, Derrick has guided the development of countless athletes, many of whom have advanced to compete at the collegiate level. His coaching philosophy emphasizes not only athletic excellence, but also academic achievement, personal growth, and meaningful community engagement, reflecting his longstanding commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes. In his role with The Commission Apparel, Derrick is dedicated to providing schools, clubs, and organizations with a streamlined and efficient apparel ordering experience. His objective is to eliminate the administrative challenges often associated with team apparel, allowing coaches and administrators to remain focused on serving their athletes. Derrick's perspective is further strengthened by firsthand experience as both a representative and a customer. NVA Track Club proudly utilizes The Commission Apparel platform, giving him a practical understanding of the products, services, and ordering process. Tremayne Peppers

State Representative

With more than 20 years as Head Coach of The Ohio Heat Track Club, Tremayne Peppers has dedicated his career to developing young athletes both on the track and in the classroom. His leadership has helped countless athletes reach the collegiate level while instilling the values of discipline, character, and academic success. As Ohio State Representative for The Commission Apparel, Tremayne is committed to helping coaches, schools, and organizations simplify the apparel ordering process. His goal is to eliminate the stress of ordering so you can focus on developing your athletes. What sets Tremayne apart is that he's not just a representative—he's also a client. Michael McCovery

State Representative

Michael McCovery has served as Co-Founder and Head Coach of Lane 4 Track Club since 2016, building one of the region’s premier youth track and field programs. Under his leadership, the club has grown to more than 100 athletes annually and has helped athletes earn opportunities to compete at 26 colleges and universities across the country. Throughout his coaching career, Coach McCovery has developed multiple AAU and USATF National Champions, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to excellence both on and off the track. His athlete-first approach focuses on developing character, discipline, and preparing young athletes for success at the next level. As a Commission Apparel Representative and an active user of the Commission Apparel CRM platform, Coach McCovery brings firsthand experience with the streamlined ordering system, digital storefronts, and team management tools. Because he relies on the platform for his own club, he understands the needs of coaches and administrators and is dedicated to helping organizations simplify the apparel ordering process while ensuring their athletes look and perform their best.
